Your date is secured once I have received your 25% deposit via Bank Transfer. I always try to accommodate families for date changes if needed, but usually there is a 7-day cancellation policy.

The remaining balance of the session is due 7 days before the session.

We can decide together on that! As I like you and your family to feel at ease, it is important that we try to use a familiar location if possible - whether that is your home or somewhere outdoors.

This depends on what kind of session you have booked. For all sessions I am very much led by you, your baby(s) and wider family to ensure everyone is at comfortable as possible and we can get the best shots. However, I also appreciate not everyone wants to spend hours and hours having their photo’s taken, so we try to keep this efficient without feeling rushed or under pressure.

Whenever suits you!

For a pregnant shoot, it usually is best in your last trimester, but not everyone feels up for a photoshoot too late in the pregnancy, so just drop me a message and we can work out when might be the best time.

For newborn shoots, the first 7-14 days is so lovely, but as a new parent that isn’t always the best time for you, so again let me know your due date and we can be flexible once the little one arrives.

If a studio session is what you ideally are looking for then that’s possible - let me know when you would like to book and we can discuss the studio location.

I want to share your photos with you as soon as possible. I will share a ‘taster’ of a few images within 3 working days and you will have the link to the gallery within 10 working days.

I'm happy to travel, so feel free to get in touch and we can make a plan that works for you. Travel within a 15-mile radius of my home is included in my pricing. For locations beyond that, I’ll simply add a mileage charge, which we will discuss in advance.
